These general terms and conditions of sale are brought to the attention of the customer at the same time as their reservation confirmation. Any reservation implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
In accordance with Article L221-5, we inform you that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for accommodation services as per Article L221-28.

• Check-in time 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM – (precise hours to be notified in advance, see pre-check-in registration for any arrival after registration hours, please contact the hotel before your arrival, subject to availability (no arrivals possible between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM). It is imperative to notify the hotel in case of arrival after 7:00 PM.

Check-out time 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Any late departure without prior authorization from the management will be charged an additional night.
The pool:
is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The heated outdoor pool is open from April 1st to October 31st,
exclusively reserved for guests staying in the hotel. The pool area is non-smoking.
Non-smoking establishment
Rooms as well as common areas are non-smoking,
ashtrays are provided on the terrace and in the garden only.
• Non-compliance with this prohibition will result in an additional charge for one night in your room.
• The modalities leading to the surcharge are caught in the act, triggering the smoke detector, damage to furniture and/or appliances, a strong odor preventing the temporary rental of the room.

Breakfast:
continental served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on reservation, additional cost: per adult from €16/day, child 2-10 years old €8/day.

Conditions: Please note that from April 7th to October 31st, reservations are for a minimum of two nights, and from June 18th to September 18th, reservations are for a minimum of three nights.
Prices: Unless otherwise stated, the prices on this site are in euros, including VAT per room and per night, for a specific number of people per room and for the chosen date. Unless otherwise stated, additional services (breakfast, half-board, parking, etc.) are not included in the price. Tourist taxes, specific to each city, are included in the displayed prices but can be consulted with each hotel or mentioned on the website. They are to be paid on-site.
Reservation confirmation
Every reservation is subject to the email sending of an automatic reservation confirmation including the elements of the reservation. In case of non-receipt of this confirmation, please contact the concerned hotel directly. We also invite you to check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder in your inbox.
Tourist tax: €2.16/adult/day to be paid on-site.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises (please note that you will not have access to the establishment, and the reservation will be canceled and non-refundable).
Baby cot conditions:
for babies from 0 to 1 year old/ €40/night/day. Children 1 year and older are charged at the adult rate. All baby cots are subject to availability. Baby cots depend on the accommodation you choose (deluxe garden room and quadruple room). Please check the maximum occupancy of the selected accommodation.

Standard partially refundable reservation conditions:
Prepayment: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay (excluding options and tourist tax) will be required, directly via our secure reservation engine. Reservations will only be considered firm after the receipt of deposits. The balance must be paid on-site during your stay, along with the tourist tax and any potential additional charges. Tourist tax: €2.16/adult/day to be paid on-site. This establishment cannot accommodate extra beds. Conditions for baby cots: It is important to note that when making a reservation, it is necessary to register children as well. For babies from 0 to 1 year old/€40/night/day (only in deluxe garden rooms and quadruple rooms). See extras. Children 1 year and older are charged at the adult rate (only in deluxe garden rooms and quadruple rooms). All baby cots are subject to availability.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation: once the deposit is paid, your stay will not be refundable. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, the hotel will charge 50% of the remaining balance of the stay (excluding tourist tax and extras). Please note that the total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show. In case of no-show or cancellation within

Responsibility
• The hotel declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to the belongings of customers during their stay.
• The customer will be held responsible for any damage, degradation, or act of vandalism that may occur due to the occupation of the premises and/or the actions of the participants and/or the staff under his responsibility, both to movable property, decoration, and real estate belonging or not to the hotel.

Accepted Payment Methods: Financial and payment data: Your banking details (in this regard, we inform you that all payment transactions are encrypted by the receiving bank or accredited storage center, and we do not retain any credit card numbers), information about your reservations, etc. Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Mastercard, Amex, wire transfer on request. The hotel does not accept holiday vouchers.
